Lt. Kenny "Lou" Shea is a firefighter with the FDNY.

Well-liked and respected by the 62 Truck crew, he's an experienced and decisive leader when it comes to the job. If you're under his command, you've got to earn the right to call him by his nickname.

Generally laid-back and affable, he has a very dry sense of humor (when he's not grumpy).

He's never had much luck in the love department, as he's divorced and has recently been screwed over badly by a girlfriend. (See above, re: grumpy.)

Not-so-secret-anymore hobby: writing poetry. Though he might deny it, he's sensitive, and quite intuitive. However, his good nature often gets the better of him. (See above, re: girlfriend.)

Rolling with the punches, dealing with his lot in life, keeping his head above water -- it's all he can do from day to day. Still, he enjoys the little things: pastries (the more chocolatey, the better), a good cigar, and a stiff drink. Well, several stiff drinks. Many, actually.

His closest friend is Tommy Gavin (gavin62truck). Sane people would question this. But hey, it works for the both of them.



Kenny in-bar is currently from 2006, between Season 2 and Season 3 of "Rescue Me."

Physical characteristics: 5'9" tall; mid-40s; heavyset; black hair with a few gray hairs thrown in; blue eyes.
